Important Message - Community Pond
Greenbury Village Residents, We would like to inform you that the fountain at the community pond has recently been restored.
Good Afternoon Greenbury Village Residents,
We would like to inform you that the fountain at the community pond has recently been restored. Over the past three years, this fountain has required multiple repairs and replacements, costing the community several thousand dollars.
The pond maintenance company has reported that a recurring cause of these malfunctions is fishing line becoming entangled in the fountain’s pump motor. Unfortunately, despite posted No Fishing signs, both residents and non‑residents continue to fish in the community pond—possibly assuming that more fish gather near the fountain.
We have contacted the Police Department multiple times, but by the time officers arrive, individuals fishing in the area often leave.
We kindly ask for your assistance in helping protect this community asset. If you observe anyone fishing or trespassing in the pond area, please report it to the authorities or notify management by emailing William@psprop.net.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Greenbury Village Management Team on behalf of the Board of Directors.
